Motherhood has taught me patience, resilience, and how powerful small moments of care can be — all qualities I carry into my work every day. When I’m not healing skin and scalps, you’ll often find me outside ~ I find peace and solitude in the sound of the waves, I find clarity hiking mountain trails, soaking in the silence of nature, or simply watching the sun drift behind the trees. It’s in these moments that I reconnect to myself, and to the energy I bring to my practice.
