Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require a deposit for future bookings. This policy helps protect our time and ensures fairness to both our stylists and clients. I’m a proud mom to a wonderful son who keeps my world inspired and grounded. Motherhood has taught me patience, resilience, and how powerful small moments of care can be — all qualities I carry into my work every day. When I’m not healing skin and scalps, you’ll often find me outside ~ I find peace and solitude in the sound of the waves, I find clarity hiking mountain trails, soaking in the silence of nature, or simply watching the sun drift behind the trees. It’s in these moments that I reconnect to myself, and to the energy I bring to my practice.
